Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia- By means of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance (PMK) Quantity 66 of 2023 and coming into impact on July 1, 2023, the Ministry of Finance formally imposes in-kind or enjoyment tax on services offered by employers to staff.
The Director of P2Humas of the Directorate Normal of Taxes of the Ministry of Finance, Dwi Astuti revealed that there are exceptions to in-kind tax imposition, one in all which is natura originating from the APBN and APBD. Due to this fact, State Civil Equipment (ASN) together with civil servants will not be topic to pure taxes.
