Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Trip-hailing big Seize acquires Trans-Cab, Singapore’s third largest taxi operator. The acquisition worth is estimated at US$ 100 million or round Rp 1.5 trillion.
Seize’s acquisition of Trans-Cab was reported by the Straits Instances. By way of this acquisition, Seize now manages round 2,200 taxi items and greater than 300 personal rental automobiles.
A Straits Instances supply said that the negotiations had been operating for 2 months and have been scheduled to complete this week. The deal have to be accredited by the regulator.
