Acostumbro a presentar mis platos de esta manera, de forma dividida, ya que visualmente me ayuda a entender si el plato está equilibrado o no. Esta opción, por ejemplo, de salteado de berenjena con tempeh se potencia con brócoli al microondas y una porción de arroz integral.
Admite variaciones por supuesto: puedes cambiar el brócoli por unos espárragos blancos a la plancha o unas zanahorias y rabanitos glaseados al horno, y el arroz integral por quinoa o cous cous. Cada ingrediente, por su parte, se puede tener listo en la nevera en recipientes diferenciados para montar el plato al gusto en menos de cinco minutos.
Como consejo extra para la organización, el tempeh y la berenjena salteados juntos aguantan en la nevera hasta por 3 o 4 días en un recipiente hermético, e incluso ganan más sabor con el reposo. El arroz y el brócoli los puedes cocinar en cantidad y así, al llegar a la noche, el único esfuerzo será calentar, servir en u plato y disfrutar con poco esfuerzo, sin encender un solo fuego.
Para terminar de redondearlo, aunque las semillas de sésamo ya aportan un toque, a este plato le viene genial un extra de grasas saludables para asegurar una cena 100% completa. Mis alternativas favoritas para sumarle ese plus son medio aguacate laminado o un aderezo rápido hecho con una cucharada de tahini y limón.

By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
